2. Preview Before Purchase
We provide a comprehensive preview of your generated contours before you make a purchase. This preview allows you to:
- View the complete contour layout
- Zoom and pan to inspect details
- Verify the contour quality meets your needs
- See statistics including point count, contour count, and coverage area
We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the preview before completing your purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: The service failed to generate a valid DXF file due to a system error on our end.
- Download Issues: You were unable to download your file due to technical problems with our service, and we cannot resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- Significant Discrepancy: The delivered file is significantly different from what was shown in the preview (not due to your input data).
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: You decided you no longer need the contours after purchase.
- Input Data Issues: The output quality is affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or improperly formatted input data.
- Software Compatibility: Your CAD software cannot open standard DXF files.
- Preview Ignored: Issues that were visible in the preview but not noticed before purchase.
- Incorrect Parameters: You selected incorrect contour interval or other parameters.
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with the following information:
- Your order ID and payment provider transaction reference
- The email address used during checkout (if applicable)
- A detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or other evidence supporting your claim (if applicable)
4.2 Review Process
Upon receiving your refund request:
- We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- We will investigate the issue and may request additional information
- We will make a decision within 5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase through the corresponding provider (such as Creem, Paddle, or PayPal). The refund amount is processed in the same currency as the original transaction.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:
- The issue affects only a portion of the delivered output
- You have already used or benefited from part of the service
- The issue is partially caused by factors outside our control
7. Cancellation
7.1 Before Processing
You may cancel your task at any time before processing begins. Tasks in the queue can be cancelled without charge.
7.2 During Processing
Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible as computational resources have already been allocated.
7.3 After Completion
After processing is complete, the standard refund policy applies.
8. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by providing additional information
- Open a dispute through the payment provider used for your transaction
